im wondering why this item is same like normal circlet... only req are highest...

on +4 (I think) it gets new "power". Opponent won't attack in first round Smile .

yep, i know what this sufix gives (same picture like sufix in polish version of BW xD)

But im still wondering why its only normal Circlet on +0
