first i've bought field cape to have armor for attacks (BK tattoo 3lvl - min 30 def in armor)
so:
Item upgraded Field Cape (+5) -> Good Field Cape !
enough for tattoo, but then i've upgraded my shorts and hard hat, for tattoo 4lvl req (min 29 for helmet and shortsm 46 for armour)
so this cape was useless for me now
this cape have enough def for my tattoo on perfect so why not to upgrade it ?
