Questing gear

im making this to try and understand what people get from questing gear and hopefully we can learn what items will be more usefull to us for questing, coz i think it was deamon dude who sopke about quest being too hard

Also, ive noticed that far away quests dont count your training, only what your items give you. Not sure if that also works for easy quests or not though.

The reasoning behind my setup is that because i am collector i might as well get high defense and use ranged weapon so i can activate tattoos Smile

Also set bonuses with a lot of stats seems useful (titan in perticular) This was a very handy thread

Another good set, I find, is Diamond... it adds to quite a few stats and gives walloping charisma and rep... will show once I am back in DARK

also i can vary what i use while questing, depending on if i do medium or easy ones - hence the setup is not always the same. jewellery needs some work.

oh, and also it occured to me that the runic set bonus is a bit weird, but even weirder is the stat-increase at the kilt. watch it:

Good Runic Kilt (+1)
Effects: APPEARANCE +12, AGILITY -3, LUCK +6, defence +20

Good Runic Kilt (+2)
Effects: APPEARANCE +13, AGILITY -3, LUCK +7, defence +21

Good Runic Kilt (+3)
Effects: APPEARANCE +14, AGILITY -3, LUCK +7, defence +22

Good Runic Kilt (+4)
Effects: APPEARANCE +15, AGILITY -1, LUCK +7, defence +23

so there neither is luck improvement on the kilt, nor on the runic prefix. what is matter with that? especially while watching the circlets stats...

Good Runic Circlet (+2)
Effects: CHARISMA +14, LUCK +5, defence +21

Good Runic Circlet (+3)

so thats +2 on the circlet over 4 levels, but only +1 on the kilt which has luck built in. pretty strange...

Yes for absorbers i don't think you can have better setup. I think other players can have same average chance, but only around 20 luck

thats a no-go, you'd loose titanium set bonus, the strength bonus from titanium as well as agility from youth would be to big a loss i think

well you are wrong i have gring of luck +4 and g amulet of luck +5 but its only useful on easy quests where i can get 115luck, and btw drop in one week about 10ss worth :p

hm true ... anyway you could replace one titanium ring of youth with an titanium ring of concentration so you get more chance for intelligence and knowledge quests, how about that ?

int and knowledge is both 1% right now. concentration would not improve that. Cesarz is focusing on all stats except these two. Youth is better
