I realize that clicking a quest every five minutes yields better blood/exp than if you go on a caravan of twelve.

However, does a caravan also decrease chances for getting stones or better items?

Im not sure about stones, but you do get less items than you would. But they would be as good as if with out canavan, but as you get less it is effectivly worse items.

If You go ona caravan You will decrease chance to get a stone. 75% for get an item/stone and 25% to get nothing. On normal questing You will have better chances to get something.
