We have now this limitation:

so my question is: clan have 12 players in zone 3, then 13th player in zone 4 starts overtaking siege to zone 3. What will happen? And just to let you know, the siege will start, the game will allow it, but what will happen when it will be victorious?

youd have to ask szeszej, but it would probably either become a loot siege, or just not happen.

If it works the same way it did when the limit was 3, it becomes a resources siege

Because it worked in this way before... when You wanted to make a siege to 3rd zone (when in clan was already 3 players) then it becomes resource siege.

Now Admins only changed maximum number, but the situation is the same...

Because we did it by mistake at one point (had a 3 zone siege planned and the clan took on a 3rd 3 zone member before the siege) .... the siege hit as a resources only siege
