What is your basic dodge of all weapons?

and dose this percentage count toward your 30% limit?

Also why is there a 30% limit on dodge?

Dose luck effect Dodge? If so how much?

Thanks, but if there is a 0% basic dodge why do people dodge attacks even though the person attacking them has 100 more agility than them for example...?

At its not just once in a while it is fairly often.

As for the maximum dodge, why is not more like 50% for example...? Because dodge is one of the only things going for one handed gun users in the expedition situation. No one could get more than 40-50% anyway (and thats a gangster) level requirements for the Twisted set are high and they would not be using the Bulletproof set if they wanted to do any damage at all.

Because max chance to hit is below 100%. It is just to make the game unpredictable.

Thanks again.

I have a few more questions, how it to hit figured out, i.e. if i have 10 more agility than x how is my chance to hit figered out.

Does dodge just minus your chance to hit by x% or is it a seperate calculation, if so what is that calculation?

1) 1 agility/perception = 3 hit + 3 dodge

1 hit = 1% chances to hit.

Example:
Player A has 50 agility and "+21 hit" from weapon
Player B has 60 agility and "5 dodge" from tattoo

A) 50*3+21=171 hit;
50*3=150 dodge;
B) 60*3=180 hit
60*3+5=185 dodge

A) 171-185=-14 [chances to hit]
B) 180-150=30 [chances to hit]

The basic chance is 70% so player A has 56% and player B has 100% which is decreased to the real max. (About 90%)

2) Dodge decreases your chance directly from your hit. You can add it to the upper formulas
