The increase in toughness is not an arcana thats used often. Only thing I can think of is for white and black dragon expos for Act 1 Thoughtcathers and Absorbers. I bought a complete Good Astral set in bits of the board for 4k in total. Its being used by Act 1 players for those expos and I think the blood life arcana it gives is more valuble making it a better set.

So I think 4-5k tops mate Frown

Edit: Ohw right didnt even see the signet so the set isnt even unisex like the Astral.
