Problem description: have not yet recieved premium

sent a message for premium at 11.34 server time yesterday morning and i have still not recieved my premium has the text premium for ireland been removed any help would be great

i clicked that and this is what i got

In case of not receiving SMS with the code please file a complaint through reclamation Form of SMS payments provider.

and then when i fill that out it says no message has been sent from this number when i have sent 3 messages
