my agility beat his, i was attacking with melee gear, should have been a simple win, someone wanna tall me how his dodge was so high??

nothing to do with his gear, different type of dodge, that dodge was based on stats, or so the rng would have us believe

people have been saying for years the rng dont work properly, theres as much proof as your ever going to need

Yeah that sucks and with a rapier you have + chance to hit aswell as having more agility.

What gear?

EDIT ;

Though with a bandanna at P+1 im sure its like -45 chance to hit with melee and the good rapier gives +20.. so that would counter act -5 chance to hit.. which ISNT alot

Edit: only one rapier...p1 band would explain ... Or kilt of sheop since he is 1h gunner...or both

my overall chance to hit was -5

that = just under 2 agility

i beat him by over 2 agility, so that cant be the reason behind it at all

if he had luck he had a bloody lot of it

ill remember in future to just tank the hell out of rep and go for a searing kill, how can i have any faith in the rng after such madness??

Hes attacking with melee. his perc is 100% out of the question. he could have 1,000 perc and he would still be in the same chance to hit anything..

Does someone pays you to be this blind? I'm saying that gear with perception boosts decreases chance to hit with melee weapons, and acidic shots clearly uses such gear, so despite the fact, that he has more agility his chance to hit is actually low because of the gear with perception boosts he's using.

they have.

most items that give perc also have a big negative chance to hit with melee weapons.

so with the difference in agility and 114 perception, the items giving you your perception are giving a massive negative to chance to hit with melee, thats why in that gear you couldnt hit the broad side of a barn.

all you have to do is read the item description and you will see how much of a negative

i had - chance to hit from gear and + chance to hit from other gear, the overall was -5

then with my race luck factored into it i was pretty much breaking even

theres no way he should have been such a ninja in that attack

114 - 13(police station) - 18(that ring) = 83

It's still too high to be a trained stat, there had to be something else in your setup that boosted your perception and lowered your chance to hit.

After 10 attempts to upgrade my kilt to perfect at 50% I can say that ether the chaple doesn't work since in beta it wasn't tested properly due to well of souls been taken out or the rng isn't working as it should I should have got it to perfect once in ten attempts

flip a coin.. does the previous attempts to flip it change the chance to get a different result?

NO.

its at 50% wether you like it or not.

my current record in real life is to get 16 tails in a row ~ (A level stats class)

just because it fails 30 times does not mean the chance to upgrade it is increased.

It could fail 45836473537 times and the chance for it to upgrade would still be 50%.
