Obviously it would have two attacks fairly soon, and be easy to level up.

Possibly more used as a Site builder than an active weapon. It has good Charisma and Rep bonus for Stations/Agency. But as an expo weapon, Idk, low level cannon fodder that has high str? Otherwise not a good 2H melee weapon, unless needed for merge (can't read that list am). (But then I know a few ppl that use Murderous Two Handed Swords, so maybe it can merge to one of them? And as a merge item it would go for a few HS min)

Then in your position yeah possibly worth holding, only beaten by 2*1h melee items with 17-20% boost. But if you use 2h melee tattoos, then the chance to hit with the item can pay off for the lower health it gives.

But as with most merge items, I always say, wait til you see someone seeking it.

strengthened suit of tortoiseshell-i doubt this would go for anymore than 1-5bs because it's bad for a bk(-9 agi...) and otherwise it's a pretty useless thing

cursed mace-not many on auction maybe 1hs if you lucky
